David Dunn has over 45 years of experience advising clients on a wide range of issues arising from financial transactions, including enforcement of creditor rights, restructuring of debt and related financial instruments, and evaluation of risk and mechanisms to protect against, avoid or minimize risk in complex financial transactions. David engaged in the practice of law for over four decades as a partner in a major multinational law firm. He acted as lead counsel in dozens of contentious disputes in US state and federal courts, in arbitration tribunals and in courts of other countries. He has long and varied experience in advising lenders and acquirers of debt in structuring protections against default, in evaluating risk associated with financial instruments, and in developing, evaluating and implementing mechanisms to enforce creditor rights. David holds undergraduate and law degrees from Cornell University.
